A true VIP of the farm, Henry Bockstoce is celebrated for its luxurious colour profile, a deep, warm blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz tones. As the bud unfolds into a tall, magnificently blowsy double bloom, its immense quantity of petals expands into a magnificent crimson display.
Unlike classic round buds, Henry Bockstoce looks as though it has already begun opening while still on the stem, requiring harvesters to feel for softness around the calyx. Due to their massive head size, stems receive priority express handling from field to chiller. Grown in limited rows with high export demand, local allocations sell out almost instantly.
