Shipping policy
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
Important to note that some language on the site references "Delivery/Shipping Date" - This is changed to "Dispatch Date" where possible. Any reference to "Delivery/Shipping Date" means "Dispatch Date" and is the date that your order will be Dispatched from our farm. Delivery date will depend on your location and NZ Posts service/delays.
Prebbleton Peonies Dispatch orders on Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesday. If for any reason there is no selected dispatch date on your order, we will include your order in the next available dispatch date. Cut off times for each dispatch are 12pm the day prior.
Expected Delivery for:
- South Island = Overnight (Excluding weekends)
- North Island = Overnight/2x business days
- Rural locations are as above PLUS 3 business days - If you have a rural address, we suggest a Monday dispatch day ONLY.
(Please consider the above when placing an order - Our system does not recognise or treat rural address differently. It will take longer for your flowers to arrive if Rural. This may affect the state of the flowers upon arrival.)

* Arrival times may vary based on carriers delivery timetable. Prebbleton Peonies has no control over this and refunds for lost or delayed packages are not available.
** Our season runs over Labour Day. Dispatch on this date will not be available.
***RURAL LOCATIONS***
All known RURAL Deliveries will be processed on a Monday, regardless of selected dispatch date. Rural delivery times are minimum of 4 Business days for the South Island and Minimum 5 business days for the North Island.

We will try our best to get your order to you on the selected delivery date (based on selected dispatch date and the general guidance of delivery times provided by NZ Post), however as we use a third party delivery service, this is beyond our control. While our courier service does their very best to work within the time frames stated... things happen and this is not always possible.
Our flowers are packed with an ice pack included but any delivery over 24 hours may mean that the flowers start to open. By placing an order, you accept that the flower may vary from its original state.
