We have 22 varieties on our farm. Each variety blooms at a different time of the season.

  • Corals

    Among the first Peonies to bloom, Corals are exceptionally beautiful! Imagine glowing semi double, coral pink blossoms gradually opening to reveal their yellow stamens, and fading to soft apricot-pink as they mature.

    A stunning, award winning Peony -  Red Charm is full of beauty and texture. Large, bomb-shaped blooms full of rich crimson red petals. A very hardy, vigorous variety.

  • Mon Jules

    Peony Monsieur Jules Elie (Mon Jules), is a favourite for late spring display and is prized for its very large, fragrant, double light rose-pink flowers. With a silvery sheen display, this peony forms an upright bush of dark green leaves, making it an attractive pick all season.

  • Commando

    The centre is a large ball of petals with some narrow, ragged petals at the base. If you are looking for a good dark red, this cultivar is for you. A good healthy plant habit and dark green foliage.

  • Bridal Shower

    Bridal Shower is a bullet-shaped peony! White as the snow, this flower offers a wonderful fragrance. The buds bloom into a wonderful flower with absolutely fantastic shape. The flower has a diameter of about 15 cm and consists of fine leaves that circle around the centre in perfect symmetry.

  • Etched Salmon

    Etched Salmon is a full-petalled peony that strongly resembles a garden rose in terms of its shape. The flower has a unique colour and a certain glow because of the thousands of leaves that get darker to the centre of the bloom. This peony variety is extremely popular and only available on a limited basis. If you like beautiful shaped flowers, romantic colours and exclusive varieties, this is the peony for you.

  • The Mighty Moe

    Medium sized with many golden stamens
    showing throughout the flower.
    Long lasting cut flower.

  • Mr. Ed

    Mr. Ed Has a bomb-type double, lightly fragrant bulb to it. Now and then it may have pink flowers and luscious blush-cream blooms on the same bush. This kind of bloom is a real treat! A good cut flower with a light fragrance.

  • Fairy's Petticoat

    Fairy's Petticoat delivers Ruffled crinolines of dainty pink and a double profusion of flounced petals. A fine plant form and delicate fragrance completes its charm. Makes for an excellent cut flower.

  • Festiva Powderpuff

    A pure white fluffy double with a yellow stamen hidden amongst petals can occasionally be found marked with red. Fragrant with a strong stem, this flower reminded Roy Klehm about his Grandma's powder puff... hence the name.

  • Avalanche

    Avalanche is a mid to late season Peony. A double, blush-white of waxy texture with a faint pink center and very narrow crimson edges to a few petals.  A strong, but not sweet, fragrance will keep you coming back for more.

  • Kansas

    Colour: Burgundy Red

    This very showy, award-winner Peony features very large, rose-shaped, double blossoms. Richly packed with watermelon red petals that keep their intense colouring and do not fade in the bright sunshine. Kansas makes excellent cut flowers with a long vase life (over a week) if cut in bud.

  • Bridal Gown

    Bridal Gown is a mid season Peony. A crisp bomb white with a hint of cream in the heart makes for a stunning flower in any display. A good stem strength and deliciously fragrant. They first bloomed in 1957 and make for a good cut-flower.

  • Pillow Talk

    Award-winning Peony 'Pillow Talk' is a very attractive double-flowered selection with large blossoms. Reliable and vigorous, this herbaceous peony grows in a lush, bushy mound of glossy, emerald green, divided foliage reaching up to 70-75 cm in height.

  • Duchesse de Nemours'

    Duchesse de Nemours' is a herbaceous (soft stemmed) peony cultivar. It is a shrubby plant that, each year, will typically grow to 3' tall by mid-spring, bloom, display attractive foliage throughout the summer and early fall, and then die to the ground after frost.

  • Nick Shaylor

    Nick Shaylor is a Late bloomer. A double white, full rose-type double with delicate buds that open well to display light blush pink blooms with red flecking. Newly emerging foliage in the spring is a dark red, lovely plant. This is an excellent cut flower! Dark green foliage and stiff stems make for a very reliable bloomer.
