The Shop

Our farm shop is the heart of Prebbleton Peonies, and it’s open seven days a week during the season. It’s where you can see the flowers fresh from the paddocks, choose directly from the chiller, and talk with us about anything peony related. We’ve set it up so that you get the same flowers we send all over New Zealand, but without the middleman — straight from our farm to your vase.

The shop itself has been created as a welcoming space to enjoy. There’s a paved seating area out the front and a coffee cart on site each season, so you can relax and soak in the atmosphere while you choose your flowers. Inside, you’ll find our cut stems, ready-made bouquets, and a gift-wrapping service if you’re taking something special home.

Alongside the flowers, we also have a small gift area that continues to grow and change each season. It’s a nice way to find something extra to go with your blooms, or simply to browse while you’re here. Above all, we want the shop to feel like an inviting place to visit — a chance to connect with the farm, enjoy the beauty of the season, and take a little piece of it with you.

For those who live outside Christchurch, the website is your best way to order and enjoy our blooms. We deliver nationwide, and the online shop is designed with that in mind. If you’re local though, we highly recommend stopping by in person. What’s available in the farm shop differs from what’s listed online in regards to range/extras.

We’re a working farm, so visiting the shop is not the same as a walkabout of the fields. That said, we’ve designed other Experiences to give you a taste of the farm and make it easy for you to get the freshest peonies possible.
